Where are all the West coast Bay area jobs?

Claude Everett
"First of all: what is work?
Work is of two kinds:
first, altering the position of matter at or near the earth's surface
relatively to other such matter;
second, telling other people to do so.
The first kind is unpleasant and ill paid; the second is pleasant and
highly paid."
>From The collection of essays "In Praise of Idleness" by Bertrand Russell

Greetings from the VCU National Training Center!

Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is pleased to announce that we are
conducting a national search to recruit and hire a team of highly skilled
and committed professionals to assist SSA in a new Ticket to Work initiative
to support and expand the efforts of the Ticket Help Line. Booz Allen has
contracted with VCU to provide a more advanced level of counseling beyond
what the Help Line staff currently provides beneficiaries.

VCU is now searching for 20 Work Incentive Counselors, a Clinical
Supervisor, and a State Benefits Specialist to fill roles in this new
initiative. The job duties, qualifications, and application procedures can
be found through the links below.

Please note that individuals hired into these positions will be VCU faculty
members eligible for the Commonwealth of Virginia employee fringe benefits.
An exception to this is provided for applicants who do not possess a
Bachelors degree. These individuals will have the opportunity to apply for
classified positions that also offer full fringe benefits.

Successful applicants will be required to work from their homes in locations
throughout the country. Office support (Internet, telephone, computer,
etc.) will be provided by VCU.

We are committed to creating a diverse team of highly motivated
professionals. We hope that individuals with disabilities, persons from
diverse racial, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds, and all other
individuals will consider submitting an application.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Susan O'Mara and John Kregel
