Hi Karen,
These jobs are to be done from your home. They are trying to choose
applicants from all over and will setup a home office for you. But I am
sure that initially the training might have to be done in Virginia. These
look like hotline positions where people call in or contact you through
Skype and other means. The job descriptions describe the details. If you
apply you might want to find out if these are grant positions and how long
the grant will run. That may sway your decision to apply.
