States are increasingly establishing or expanding Medicaid
managed
long-term services and supports (MLTSS) programs.
LTSS quality measures and monitoring activities are essential
tools for
consumers and states to ensure protections, enhance choice and
plan
performance, and align incentives to meet desired goals such as
rebalancing
or promoting options for self-direction.
This webinar is the first in a series that will promote learning
and
discussion to build the capacity of stakeholders on these issues.
*Speakers:*
- Sarah Scholle, National Committee on Quality Assurance
- Alice Lind, Center for Health Care Strategies
