[acb-hsp] Webinars and other online training tools.

I couldn't get go to meeting to work, so have stopped attending all webinars
that use that. Most of the other webinars I've tried to attend were not
accessible either; some used some form of citrix for you to get to them, but
Jaws certainly couldn't read it.

I know that Go To Meeting is one that is often used so any info on that
