Hi.  I have attended various webinars.  Some are extremely accessible, some 
have a lot to be desired.  I don't know now which ones are, which are not. 
If I see one I want to attend, I go for it.  All have some form of tech 
support or contact somewhere, somehow, and so if I run into problems, I just 
contact them and we deal ...same as do my non-tech-savvy colleagues.

I know that Go To Meeting is one that is often used so any info on that
