Hi Andy and everyone,
Maybe we should consider co-sponsoring this. If you are concerned about the
session competing with our own program, we could consider it a part of our
program. That way, no one would find themselves deciding between two
sessions which might conflict. Conflicting schedules is a problem anyone
who has ever gone to a convention knows about. Last year I ended up going
to two sessions given by the same person and covering much of the same
material. I hate to admit it but I was the chairperson who planned one of
them. The attendance was not very good at either session. Co-sponsoring by
more than one affiliate would have made sense. .

Hello everyone,
Based on a message I forwarded a few months ago A couple of
program chairs had expressed interest in looking in to doing a
toast master's meeting at the 2013 conference and convention.
Kathy Casey, program chair for CCLVI let me know that they have
been in contact with Mary Hiland and plan to have a toast
master's meeting as part of CCLVI's program. If any affiliate or
committee is interested in cosponsoring this event please contact
Kathy at
kcasey03 at nycap.rr.com
or phone her at
(518) 462-9487.
Janet
