[acb-hsp] ACB-HSP Status Update

With The exception of officers resigning these ideas are great. I think
those currently in leadership positions should remain in those roles in
order for ACB  to have specific individuals to work with as an attempt to
help the struggling affiliate reorganize.  Under their guidance I'm sure
that the recommendation would be for elections to take place and those who
are currently serving could if they chose run for office again or others
could step forward if they felt so inclined.  Perhaps Darian as president
could in her presentation to ACB inform whoever her contact is that  there
has been some discussion about current officers offering their resignations
in order for reorganization to occur. This might help expedite assistance on
a national level as surely they will realize how dire the situation has 
become.
