Dear Rose,

Thank you for your thoughtful reply message on general advice
going forward in the HR field. As you know as much as I that
technology is becoming trickier and trickier by the day to keep up or
let alone know which to use. I chose the government field cause of the
eventuality to have more predictability in my accessibility life but
found them the government as not being as equal either. Now I'm left
with trying to become a Social Worker, Human Resource Worker, contact
representative, immigration woriker or whatever.

I wish that the federal to state to local government officials
would have it mandatory on all government jobs on which softwares or
other technology are or not accessible to the blind or low vision
community. I honestly believe that the government could lead in visual
tests to determine which jobs are more suited and tested with past
technologies/teqniuqes or whatever but Vocational Rehabilitation
doesn't listen to my recommendations on this commonsense idea. Maybe
I'm an idealist but so what right? anyways, good news is that
Window-Eyes is becoming more accessible with SPSS software that is
needed in our fields whether HUman Resources or in other social
science related fields. Any otherr advice on becoming a social worker
being a political scientists? By the way, I'm a former Social work
major and mainly cause I'm part of the lgtb commmunity. Oh, I also
worked in the Small Business Administration in D.C and in the Red
Stone Arsonal base in a southern state but none of them lasted that
long.

Thanks so much,
Peter
