Hi:

Specialized HR software, from what I've heard, is largely inaccessible.
Fortunately, I have been able to dodge that issue, but it does worry me.

I have personally never used Access.  My sense is that the geeks among us
claim that Access is sort of accessible, but I am suspicious.
