[acb-hsp] Human Resource federal employees?

Dear all,


    Are there any federal human resources on the list? I'd like to
discuss with you on how you were and are abler to do your jo using a
screen reader like Window-Eyes or God forbid Jaws. Honestly the
frustrating thing is two fold in technology is that technology is
dynamic meaning that it changes. What is accessible now might not be
tomorrow or it could get better, therefore, you must keep up
certification even at work. The second problem is no clear
transparency in requirements in the work place in the federal
government. A last frustrating point is training people to use
Window-Eyes when nobody in the federal government uses this technology
at all, so don't train blind people in it then right? Thanks for
allowing me to vent because I'm irritated right now at the broken
system.
