Hi Darian, 

I will not be attending this year’s conference/convention and I am not in a position to take in any elected office. 

I will of course work with you and other members as best as I can.

Hi Members and List:

 

On March 12th, Janet Dickelman is holding a conference call to discuss convention matters; I plan to attend.

 

In addition, I must have program plans in by April and May.  I am thinking of these issues and require your input.

 

First of all, if you’re planning to attend conference this July, would you reply and let me know this?

 

Secondly, if you would serve as alternate delegate, please let me know?  I will serve as delegate and nominating committee person.

 

I wish to hold a business meeting to discuss organizational issues and have elections.

 

Please elt me know which days of the week would be already taken for you and the other involvements you have.

 

Also, do you have any topics of interest if we have a program?  Plese share these with me.

 

If you would run for an office, please advise me of this as well.

 

This is very important, and I want to meet as many needs as possible.
