Carl,
I like yourself was going to stay out of this topic, but here goes.
I do know from my advertising classes that there is fashion and there is stile.  Fashion comes and goes.  Stile stays in vogue and always has taste.  Me as a man would rather have
a smartly dressed lady, rather then a trendy gal with three colors hair.
I can't believe I am commenting on this, but that's my take on it.
