It’s good to hear that the Networks and top Cable companies will be 
complying with the  law.
 
Hopefully satellite providers and cable companies will be providing 
information on how to access the described programming.
It’s one thing to know the description is available.
It’s another for the visually impaired & blind community to be able to 
access those descriptions.
