It has been a hectic Fall filled with meetings on the Hill and with industry
with the goal of moving H.R.3101, Twenty-First Century Communications and
Video Accessibility Act forward. ACB, as a steering committee member of the
Coalition of Organizations for Accessible Technology (COAT) is actively
engaging in discussions with the wireless, video programming, content
provider, and broadcasting industries in order to build support for this
legislation. This is proving to be slow but steady progress.

While these negotiations are on-going, I am happy to report that there are
now 19 cosponsors for this bill. The full list is beneath this message.
Please continue to reach out to your members of Congress for support. Let me
know if there is anything I can do to assist you with any questions or
concerns regarding this legislation that may arise.

Best Regards,

Eric
