Dr. Coburn, a Senator from Oklahoma, is reviewing S. 3304 carefully. 
Dr. Coburn reviews all Senate bills carefully. That's a good thing. 
The COAT steering committee will meet with Dr. Coburn's staff this 
afternoon.
