Please read  the note below from the COAT steering Committee concerning The
Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act.

September 24, 2010 - Update on the Legislation --"Twenty-First Century
Communications & Video Accessibility Act":  This week, the Senate introduced
and passed (by unanimous consent) a technical amendment to S. 3304,
primarily to fix typos found in the final version that was passed on August
5th.  The House is expected to take up (and pass) S. 3304 soon.  We will let
you know soon if any advocacy action is needed.
