Welcome to the new listers!

I'm Lyn - with one n, and I am a 61 year old Trans male and I have a guide 
dog, Landon who is a Lab/Golden cross from TSE.

I enjoy pet assisted therapy which I do with Landon and other animals that 
we bring.  I'm involved in progressive politics and work in the Trans and 
LGBT communities here in San Diego along with recreation with our local 
blind center.

For quiet time, I enjoy working on my computer, reading LGBT or otherwise 
history, biographies, Gay male novels as well as books about dogs and their 
training.  I'm a news junkie as well - especially election and politicals 
stuff.

I have partial vision in one eye and can read print magnified and I enjoy 
taking photos and videos.

For now, I'm single as I transition from female to male but I'm bisexual or 
Queer in orientation. I am attracted to the person rather than what gender 
they are.

I wish I could go to the conventions to meet all you great folks!  BTW, for 
the next two years, the California affiliate of ACB - CCB - convention is 
being held here in San Diego county in the city of Del Mar.  I hope to 
attend these as they are local for me.  I'd like to see some California 
Blind LGBT Pride members attend and maybe we can get together to meet and 
talk.
