"Train'd Eye" Customer Feedback Survey
To All of Our Commuter Rail Customers,
In an effort to improve the service we offer you every day we carry out quarterly customer surveys. Our customers' feedback is extremely important to us
and because our management team cannot be on every train every day we ask our customers to use their "Train'd eye" to give us a snap shot of our service
by train and by line; the results help us measure our performance as you see it, in turn helping us to improve the customer experience.
We would love to increase the number of survey participants and we wish to extend this invitation to all of our customers who receive RailMail.
We will ask questions based on your daily commute beginning on Monday, October 18th and continuing through your commute on Friday, October 22nd. You will
receive an email on Tuesday morning, October 19th, and each morning thereafter for 5 consecutive business days, containing a link to the survey regarding
the PREVIOUS morning and evening commutes. After completing 5 surveys you will be entered in a drawing to win a free monthly pass!
