Subject: [bscb-l] SafePass from Bank Of America
I've been using SafePass for a long time with my BOA accounts. If I try to add a bill pay account, it sends a code to my cell phone in a text message. I read the code, type it in on the BOA website, and it authorizes me to make a change. Recently I've found that I can no longer read the codes. I get nothing but a Y in the text message. I also recently upgraded the software in my Motorola Q, so I want to rule out anything on my end before I complain to bank of America. Anybody else having this problem?
