[bscb-l] The Inaccessible Census

hi...i did call the Census folks and was told that a Braille form was 
available but was not told i could also receive a large print copy...so i 
sent off an email  @ paperwork0607-09C complaining of the same thing...small 
print, then to light red, poor contrast ...
