[bscb-l] filling out census forms

Hi John,
I think that they ask about disability on the long form which a few folks will get. I believe there's some other method used to account for disability unrelated to the census.
Frankly, I do believe that there should be a question regarding disability on the short form. Disability needs to be able to take its place among the recognized disadvantaged minorities. After all, we have an unemployment rate higher than the highest rate I've ever seen for various groups even in this horrible recession.

  On that subject just where do you check off being disabled?  If it is so important for the count why is it not in the form?

        So you say you were not talking to the brightest bulb...would you trust that person to properly record your answers to the questions? I wouldn't. Would they be willing to read everything back to you? Any idea why it is not possible to fill out the forms on line? Seems strange...you can do practically everything else on line it seems!
