So sorry to hear about Phyllis.  She was very helpful to me in 
dealing with MCAD and my dog parking issue (which has still to be 
resolved, despite an appeal denial.)  She'll be sorely missed.  Very 
few people had the passion about civil rights and access that Phyllis 
had.  She'll be a tough act to follow.--Matt.
