For those who may not be able to attend the upcoming BSCB conference in
person  on March 24th and 25th, you may participate as follows: 

The Saturday sessions will be streamed by the Talking Information Center at
www.ticnetwork.com.  After the conference, we will periodically highlight
some of the talks, including the banquet, on "Council Connections."
