Debbie,
it seems as though the date doesn't matter since apparently we are not allow to listen in. i received the below message from phyliss dill when requesting the teleconference number so i could attend:
The teleconference is not a Public Forum for public comments.  It is a meeting RSA is having with the Council and because of the Sunshine Law it has to be advertised.  Sec. 286.11 FS is the statutes stating meetings have to be advertised.  Any comments the public has at the end of the meeting should pertain to the material covered in the meeting.  Please know that the minutes of the Boca Raton meeting will not be available to the public until they have been approved at the January meeting.  After approval I will post the minutes on the DBS website.

    Pursuant to Section 286.11, F.S., the Florida Rehabilitation Council of the Blind gives notice of the following public meeting:

    Purpose:   RSA will review the steps of the February 2010 monitoring process and glean input from FRCB regarding the challenges and highlights that the Division of Blind Services faces in providing VR and IL services to individuals who are blind or visually impaired in Florida.
