[fcb-l] ACB INITIATIVE - EMERGENCY ALERTS FOR THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED

Hi all.  For some time, our national organization, the American Council of
the Blind, has been encouraging us to contact our legislators in Washington,
DC, in support of H.R. 3101 - the 21st Century Communications and Video
Accessibility Act.  This includes making Emergency Alerts on television
accessible.
