  Hotel Orientation

   

  The St. Pete Hilton Meeting Rooms are all located on the first floor of the hotel.

   

  If you enter the hotel through the front doors, hotel registration and check in are to the left.

   

  There is a main hallway from the entrance to the elevator bank.

   

  Behind the elevator bank are all the meeting rooms.

   

  If you continue down the hallway make a right at the end of the hall after the restrooms where you will find the  Williams/Demens room on the right. Continue to the end of the hallway, passing several other meeting rooms, you will soon arrive at an area known as the Hilton Training Center. Rooms 1, 2  and 3 will be used for committee meetings. 

   

  I hope this helps everyone who is coming to the board meeting. See you all on Friday in St. Pete!
