[fcb-l] Conference Call

The call was a call primarily intended for leaders of the various stakeholder groups.  I sent out information to them but not to the list as a whole.  It would be unwieldy and ineffective for us to have a call with fifty or sixty participants on it.

I apologize if people believe this is not the way to run a railroad but I do not see any other way to proceed.

I will keep folks ;informed of developments as I learn of them and, of course, you will know of any actions we decide to take.

For now, as I said, we are trying hard not to over-react.  For now, the proposal you have all seen is one man's work and has not been endorsed by the Governor's Commission as far as we know.  We do regard this matter as serious.  We do have real concerns about the direction that the new governor is considering based on public statements made by him.  We will continue to monitor the situation and I will keep people informed.
