      R.J., I must say that one of the way's is to get involved with your local politicians. This would be a nice start! If the blind in our cities would start to be more involved and visible to show our competency, then I believe that it would go a long! way to start changing the minds of our sighted in our communities as well as our movers and  shakers!  Then, from there, we would be able to move forward as a non sighted, but very competent, group of Citizens that they will realize are able to hold jobs and therefore eliminate their fears about us and their false beliefs of who we are and what we can do!         Thanks. The NFB, is trying to push congress to do away with the earnings limit. I spoke with another blind woman, and she thinks the NFB's wasting their time. How do you think this issue should be approached? They say that 72, percent of blind people are unemployed. How do we change this? RJ
