Were you on the council at some point? They've never come down to district 10! The worst one in the state in my opinion!

  From Randi Rabiner: The purpose of the Rehab Council was to listen to both problems and accommodations about the services being done by the Division Blind Services and were supposed to be appointed by the Governor's office. Unfortunately the Governor let the Division of Blind Services  appoint the representatives the council so therefore it's like the fox watching the hen house, much less effective. They do have to report to RSA, but I  am not sure all things are handled as they are supposed to. We are supposed to get letters when they are going to be in our area as well as notification that if we cannot afford transportation to the meeting that DBS will pay for this. How many people were ever told this?
