Dear Florida Friend,

In the coming elections, I hope you support Mark Rubio and the Republicans 
running for Congress.

But there is another election that is also very important.  Two waaaaaaaay 
out liberal judges -- James Perry and Jorge Labarga -- are up in "retention 
elections."  The rules of these elections specify that after a judge is 
appointed by the Governor, he has to stand for approval in a Yes/No vote by 
the electorate.

Perry and Labarga should both be defeated!  Most recently, they opposed 
letting Florida vote on Obamacare, a chance for the state to register its 
opposition to the new law.  This decision was the latest in a long line of 
left wing rulings from these two jurists.

Remember.  Please vote NO on Perry and Labarga!

Another note about Florida voting:  Amendments 5 and 6 need to be defeated. 
They take the power to draw legislative lines away from the likely 
Republican Legislature and give it to the liberal Democratic State Supreme 
Court.
