Yes, Mike it means with best correction. I worked in a Low Vision clinic for 11 years. So, I'm pretty sure you should add that to your definition.

  Good morning everyone,

I'm scheduled to be on a local TV show this next week. The local Fox Morning Blend show.

This is to promote our 8th annual Vision Awareness Walk A Thon and the White Cane Law. On Saturday October 15.

We will tape the show on Thursday October 13 and the show will air on Friday October 14.

I know the definition of Legal Blindness is Vision less than 20/200 with a field of vision no greater than 20%. Is this correct?

If so, does the Less than 20/200 mean corrected, I mean with glasses

As in, if you wear glasses and it brings your vision to greater than 20/200, are you still legally blind?

  Thanks,.Mike
