Mary,

 

I do miss the sweet sounds, and smells, of high performance fast cars! Well
actually, I really mean Quick cars!

Ain't nothing like the smell of Cam 2 Blue!

Back when I had sight, I was the proverbial "Gearhead"!

 

I do miss all that so much, it hurts!

 

Although, I was always a True Blue Ford Fan. Ford Blue blood running through
my veins and all!

The last quick car I built was a 92 Lincoln Mark 7 LSC! It came from the
factory with a Mustang 5.0 H O motor and I bolted a whole bunch of High
Performance Go Fast Mustang parts on it. Enough to make it sound great and
embarrass many an over 50, new Corvette owner at the stop light!

Just your basic 5,000 pound 11 second luxury car, all while blowing Ice
cubes at you and riding in comfort and style!

 

One of the beauty's of this car, was the factory Air suspension! This heavy
car would insanely hook up, even with a 150 shot of Nytrous, right off the
line with Mickey Thompson Street drag, radials!

Very impressive indeed! The ultimate sleeper!

Nothing beats it.  You can feel the whol place vibrate.  The sound that
first time of the cars coming around in a pack in front of you  is virtually
indescribable.

It's on WNDB 1150 AM radio.  The FM sister station as well, but the AM
station is the flagship for the MRN network.

Is there anyone that lives in the Daytona area that knows about the race.
I am going and have noise canceling headphones and a radio and would like to
know what frequency the race is broadcasted on.  If there is any one who
knows, please let me know here or privately and I would appreciate it.
