Hi Carl,

I just hit the Enter key on the web site address and the video clip opened
and played. I hope the restaurant owner better educates her staff about the
rights of service dog owners in public accommodations. I was glad she
personally apologized to the guide dog user. Does anyone know this guide dog
user?
