I don't know her, either, but I thought she presented herself so well to the
public, as she explained her encounter. She really came across as just a
regular person, someone anyone, blind or otherwise, could relate to.  And
good for her husband for being appropriately supportive, too.  

Nice to see the restaurant owner facing the public without defensiveness and
making reparation with an apology made in person and at the woman's home;
and offering a donation to support a service dog program.  Somewhat
self-serving?  Probably, but I do think the owner was sincere in her
actions, as well as hoping her business would not be negatively impacted.

P.S.  Melody says that Vixen could stand to lose a few pounds, but I
explained to her that the camera tends to make one look heavier, so stop
being so "catty."
