Hi all,

Today Jim and I dropped Visa off at Dr. Cusick's office so she can
have a plasma cell tumor removed from her right ear. Visa was rather
perplexed this morning when she didn't get her breakfast, and tried wagging her
tail, and being her happy self to remind me that breakfast should have
happened by now. Dr. Cusick spent a few minutes chatting, well, explaining how
long she would be at Watertown Animal Hospital today, and in his very
matter-of-fact way was very kind to Visa.

It's a change being without Visa for several hours, but I know she is
in good hands. All of the staff is very kind there, and seems to really
care about the animals who are treated there. Please send out some good
thoughts for Visa.

Thanks so much for your support.

Anne and Visa

Subject: [gdum-l] Vet in Watertown
A guide dog user new to MA is looking for a vet in Watertown. I recall
hearing of one who sees a fair number of guide dogs. If you have the name
of the vet and clinic name, I will pass it along to her.
Thanks,
Jennifer
