[glcb] July GLCB meetings

Unless someone objects strenuously, and I do mean strenuously, I am 
cancelling all GLCB Board and committee meetings for the month of July. 
Between the ACB convention and several other things that Board and committee 
members have going on, this month is just too busy.

GLCB meetings will resume the first of August, with all committees and the 
Board expected to meet at their regularly scheduled times.  Thanks very 
much, and have a safe and super July.
