To the LUPC Notifications list:
   Attached is a Word file of a comment form from ENTRAN, a group
responsible for designing the sound barrier walls that will be installed
along the Clifton side of I-64 between the Mellwood Ave. exit and the rail
overpass as the widening of I-64 is completed in that area. The group is
also responsible for gathering public input, and with that they have
published this comment form for our use.
   If you would like to make a comment using this form, there are two ways
to reply:
1) If you want to reply using the postal mail address for ENTRAN, print the
attachment to this e-mail, and fill it out by hand, and mail it to ENTRAN.
2) If you want to reply by email, save the form to your computer, open the
file, fill it in, resave, and attach the completed resaved file to an email
to: rsutherland at entran.us
Please note that the options that they are asking your preference for are
illustrated at the bottom of the document.

A meeting was held with the Clifton Community Council; Preservation
Committee and community members on October 26, 2010.  The project team
discussed the status of the project and presented logo options for the
planned Clifton noise wall installation.  This comment form has been created
to encourage additional feedback from the Clifton Community Council relative
to this phase of the Kennedy Interchange Reconstruction project.  This
comment form is for members of the Council to voice their opinions. These
responses need to be returned by November 5, 2010 to:
