Welcome Dennis and Juanita to the group. I'm looking forward to meeting you
by phone or in person in March. I believe you will find the group of us to
be energetic and interesting.

Marlaina, What did you have done to your knee? It doesn't sound like lots of
fun.

I was delighted just now to add Juanita (Lonnie) Winkler and Dennis Hall to
our growing list of Idahoans interested in creating choice for people who
are blind or have low vision and who live in the gem state.

When each of you has a chance, I hope you will feel welcome to post a bit
about yourself and share a bit of you with all of us. Seeing this effort
grow in your state ranks high among my very most favorite and special duties
I happily perform for ACB. Collectively, your energy affirms me and I look
forward to meeting those of you whom I have not yet met when we hold are end
March organizing meeting. I also look forward to seeing those of you whom I
have met, and whom I have not seen for far too long.

Let's make Dennis and Juanita feel welcome as only this list can!

On a personal note, just taking time to share that my knee surgery went
well; today I walked a few feet unassisted, but the wheelchair is still a
necessity. Hay, I'm not doing too badly for an old blind gal driving a
wheelchair, though my guide dog Agnes keeps shoving her nose into my palm
when I reach down for the wheel rim or reach my hand out to see if I'm about
to crash the dream liner!

Have a great weekend folks.

Marlaina
