Sorry to all who are frustrated with the effort in Idaho. Believe me, Darrin and I are working our tails off with support from Berl, Marlaina, Ardis and Jeff to get things finalized and to get the information out. I will have confirmation of and answers to EVERYTHING this morning (Tuesday, 2/24). I will post the details to the listserv this afternoon, if that's okay with Berl and Darrin. I understand the tight time frame and that was why the planning committee asked for a one-month postponement several weeks ago, but that wasn't doable. Final details will be provided today. Thanks for your patience.

I am not hearing from you. This event is slightly over a month away and we are still in the nailing down process. At this point int time, I'm beginning to be of the mind that perhaps end March might not work, unless you have answers of which I am not aware.

> I point no fingers at you, my good friend, or anybody else, but the fact that we still seem to have significant questions unanswered at this late date is really worrying me. ACB is offering $1,000 to help Idaho get a good kick start, and I am really getting worried that this train left the station without a full-time conductor. By now we should know our menu, know what we are offering exhibitors, have all access issues resolved and be trying to schedule interviews with the press along with other outreach activities. Until we know for sure what we are doing and where we are doing it, these latter things cannot happen. Another example of my concern is do we know for certain that we will have veterans at our luncheon, how many, and are we going to pay for their lunches? I think if we are honoring them, we should.

The last thing I want to do is embarrass ACB or not get our new friends in Idaho off to the best start possible.
