[indiana-l] Opening a pdf document

Good Morning everyone, I have an off topic question, recently, I encountered a PDF file that I wasn't able to open.  When I tried opening it it has given me 2 messages, one is processing document, but it doesn't open it and it just stays there and the other is there is no document available or some thing to that effect.

I haven't figured out how to transfer it over to kertweil 1,000 or is there another way to open it and put it into text?

Suggestions would be appreciated.
