[indiana-l] adding e-mails to a contact or creating a list...

I just brought Windows Live Mail up on my computer. It appears to be a very unfriendly program. I did not see a help menu anywhere. It also uses the Windows Ribbon instead of menus. My best advice would be to navigate around the various tabs until you find what you want. Remember that the Escape key and ALT+F4 will get you out of a location without saving any changes.

Thanks, William

Luis,

Creating contacts and distribution lists varies from email program to program. I suggest you:

1. Go to the file menu.

2. Look for a “New” option.

3. Look for a “Contact” or “Distribution” option.

4. Hit enter and follow the instructions to create the new contact or distribution list.

5. Remember to save your new contact.

Thanks, William

O K, I have another question for those who have acquired the knowledge I am in so much need of finding. I am using windows live mail, how would I create a contacts list, if that’s how how you call it.

So for example, I would like to create a list of certain e-mails so when I would like to send something to those list of people I don’t have to list each one of them individually. Does that make sense?

Thank You

Luis
