Luis,
It sounds like you have your email client settings set in a way that causes the problem. I suggest going into the options menu of your email client and change the format your emails are created to be either text or rich format. You should also make sure your settings are set to include original email in forwards and replies. I would like to remind you that if you have any doubt about a change you make, you can do an ALT+Ff4 to exit the menu without changing the setting.
I would like to point you towards the help menu for your email client. ALT+H brings the help menu up in most applications. I have found over my 21 Plus years of work with computers that reading the help screens is a good way to learn how a particular software application works. You can often find Word or TXT versions of help documents if you bring up Windows Explorer and look for the folder for whatever application you are curious about.
One last way to search for answers is to use the search tool on the computer. If you are using Windows7, just type your question in the search box. You can also just type the name of the application.
I have saved myself lots of problems over the years by doing what I have suggested. It is not always fun reading. However a little careful reading when you install a new application or get a new computer can save you lots of confusion and frustration later.
Thanks, William

John, the problem I find myself having is after I for example cut and paste an e-mail and e-mail it tomyself and once I receive it all the information is there, but if I am going to forward to someone else taking all the header information out, all I have is maybe a line or 2 and nothing else, but once I e-mail it the information is there. Does that make sense, as confusing as it might sound.
Thank You
Luis

Hi, Luis,
I can't really add much to what I said. But perhaps if you explain a little more what you want to do with an e-mail, maybe I can offer something to clarify.
Are you wanting to save a portion of a message to another file? Or, save the hole file to a different location?
Of course, any suggestions I make are going to be based on the "vintage" versions of IE and Outlook Express I'm currently running. To my knowledge, this wouldn't be something that would vary from one screen reader to another.
Regards, JH

Luis, basically you follow the same steps. You need to open the file you want to save the contents of the clipboard into. If it's a new file, you'll need to name it before saving. HTH. JH

Lori, I thank you for that, now if you don’t mind, how would I do that for an e-mail?

Standard cut and paste.
Control-a to select all,
Control-c to copy,
Control-v to paste

Good morning everyone, just wondering if anyone can explain how to cut and paste a document, since I haven’t done it in so long I’ve forgotten, I’m using windows live mail and also, I’m trying to find how to set up my c c and b b c fields. The menus seem to be a little different from x p, unless it’s me not looking in the right place, which is always a possibility, ugh!!!
Lastly, has anyone ordered from Future Aids before? If so what has been your experiences.
Thank You
Luis
