Windows Live Mailgood morning William, I found the new e-mail option, arrowed to the contacts and I was able to enter information, however, do you know once I fill in the necessary information and when I decide to write a new e-mail isn’t it suppose to finish writing the e-mail address?
I greatly appreciate your assistance, hope you get the time to work with x p, which is what I prefer.
Much Thanks
Luis

Luis,
I brought up Windows Live Mail again. When I tab to the start button and hit enter, I did the following.
1. Pressed up arrow twice. That put me on the Windows Live Mail listing that Windows7 added to my Start menu.
2. Pressed right arrow. That put me in the Windows Live Mail sub-menu. My cursor is now on the New email Message option.
3. Down Arrow three times. That should put you on the New Contact option. I passed over a New Photo Email and New Event option prior to hitting the New Contact option.
If you are using Windows XP, it may be a while before I can research this issue. I took that box down to decorate for Christmas and it’s still in my bedroom closet.
Thanks, William

good morning William, I appreciate the information you provided, but I must be more “ignorant” than I think because after I thought I was following your directions I don’t find none of the options you suggested I look for as said below. I will continue to try, but I just don’t seem to fine the submenu for the contacts.
Thank You
Luis

Luis,
Well, Windows7 just gave me the answer without my even asking for it. If you have a computer running Windows7, programs that you access are generally added to your “Start Menu” automatically. That is what occurred when I brought up Windows Live Mail to research your problem. Following are the instructions to create a contact with Windows Live Mail.
1. Tab to the “Start Menu” and hit enter.
2. Up-Arrow until you see/hear the “Windows Live Mail” entry.
3. Right Arrow into the “Windows Live Mail” Sub-Menu.
4. Up or Down Arrow until you see/hear the “New Contact” option.
5. Press Enter.
6. Populate the fields on the screen that comes up with your new contacts information.
7. When finished adding the contacts data, tab to the “Add Contact button and press enter.
Congratulations! You have just created a new contact in Windows Live Mail.
