[ivie] IVIE summer convention-feedback please

Hi all,
    Carla Hayes and I were talking about possible programs for the summer IVIE luncheon. No one made any suggestions last summer-- at least neither of us can remember any (smile). We were thinking of having a panel on various types of networking groups and strategies. We'd like to know if any of you have proven techniques or groups that have worked for you so we could have you as part of the panel. We'd also like you to let us know if this is a topic you like and if you know someone not on this list that might be a good person to add to this panel. If you have other suggestions for speakers or topics, also let us know. Do you have ideas on ways to promote the IVIE expo to get more participation. I'll put an article in the Forum, hopefully in the May issue. We'd like your thoughts on doing a joint mixer with RSVA on Tuesday night- possibly 8 pm-12 midnight. RSVA has generally had casino night on Tuesday but don't want to do so in Reno. We have several members of RSVA in IVIE and could encourage more of them to join our group. They always get a suite so we wouldn't have to provide that. We'd like to have as much info as we can for the next Motivator. Thanks for any feedback about possibilities for this summer.
