Good evening everyone,
Below are some reminders of fast approaching dates in preparation for the upcoming MSCB convention.

The theme of this year's convention is "The Future is Now!"
Convention DATES: September 17th and 18th, 2010
LOCATION: Wingate Inn at Charleston, West Virginia
To make Hotel reservations: call (304) 744-4444.
The Wingate Inn is located at 402 Second Ave, Charleston, WV, 25303. Room rates for our group are $89 per night plus tax based on single or double occupancy. There is a $10 charge per extra adult exceeding double occupancy (maximum of 4 adults per room). Reservations must be made by September 3rd and guaranteed with a credit card. To reserve a room, Be sure to state that you are with MSCB.
Our annual auction will be held on Saturday night following the banquet. Please bring items that are new or in good condition to donate to the auction. A list of your auction items and suggested minimum bid would be appreciated. Send the list to Frank McGhee at femcghee at frontiernet.net
by September 3rd if possible. If you have items to donate but will be unable to attend you can send your items to Frank. His address is 232 Central Ave, Romney, WV 26757. Remember to bring cash or checks. We do not accept credit cards.
Be sure to register for the convention early! If you register by September 3rd, then the registration fee is only $20. After this date, the price is $25.
Stipends are still available to assist members with the cost of the convention. If interested, please contact your local chapter president. For members at large, contact Donna Brown by phone at (304) 822-4679 or by email: dandmbrown at atlanticbb.net.
