  Hello:  I have shopped in many of these stores in and around the Martinsburg, WV area including Target, CVS, Rite Aid, WalMart, RadioShack, KMart, Sears, JC Penny, Staples, Office Max and Best Buy.  I have yet to see a Tactile Keypad, POS or anything else.  Oh, and Food Lion and Weiss Grocery and Martins.  I have asked about them, too.  They have no clue what they are, and so I"m guessing their stores don't have them.
  I have also asked various members--we have approximately 70, of MSCB and have yet to encounter anyone throughout the state who has seen one.  Perhaps, these have not made their way to WV and surrounding states?
