I agree.  I didn't like the Math, but I liked her, and she was highly instrumental in convincing all others who needed to be that I was not just "not paying attention", or being "rude",  and that I am, in fact, deaf!
I don't know who was happier, her or me, with the new hearing aids that came as a result of her absolute insistance on a hearing evaluation.
