[mountainstate] Copyright Law

It might serve folks well to research copyright law. I had to do it as part of my job.  Some aspects are very clear; other areas not so straight forward. I suppose that is why there are attorneys who get paid well to argue one side or the other when there are questions about whether or not copyright enfringement has occurred.
