Great suggestion Debbie. This item will be included on the agenda. Some ideas of pricing would add a lot to the discussion.
I echo Jessie in thanking Gerry for initiating this project/topic.

  Hi Gerry and all,

My suggestions were meant strictly for another shirt that could be used for MSCB as a whole. I made a reasonable assumption based on your post (and you just confirmed I was correct) that the Kelly green shirts and work done by your friend had been a favor to you for a chapter fund raiser. Your friend has made a very generous donation and for that I am very grateful. There is no reason to ask him to cancel anything. In fact, I recommend you provide the logo graphic to him and find out the cost of set-up fees, shirts, etc. and bring that figure to the discussion table at the business meeting.

The logo is on the brochure. I understand there would be set-up fees and a cost for the shirts (unless your friend made additional donation(s) of his time and/or materials which he certainly would not be expected to do. Therefore, the cost of the finished product would be higher than the $13 for which you are selling the shirts for your chapter.

  Debbie
