[mountainstate] Membership

*I think this organization needs to work on getting more*
*members into the MSCB. Please don't take offence but at*
*the State convention there was very little attendance and*
*we need to start promoting membership if the organization*
*is to exsist. We need to advertise about MSCB and also make*
*contact with those who are blind or visually impaired in our state*
*and around our local chapters. Just this talk list shows that very*
*few use it except the ones that always have and we need to try*
*and get the other members on this also. I think we need to start*
*a recrutement program before there is no organization to recrute for !*
